 ::Tuesday Snoozday:: I Slept in & it Felt Great!!!

So I’ve decided to take one day out of the week to SLEEP IN!!! Yes I know for u mothers it’s a SIN to want to sleep in when we have little ones, LOL!! But it’s cool I make ’em lay down right next to me and “play sleep” with mommy so I get my extra 1-2 1/2 hours of precious sleep for my mind, body, and soul. They just don’t know how they’re helping mommy stay healthy and sane!!! But seriously sleeping the recommended 7-9 hours per night will do so much for your health, lifespan, sanity, etc. that it’s very crusical that you try your best to shoot for the 7 hours until you can get your family, and lifestyle into a routine and be able to take advantage of the other 1-2 hours (for me it’s on Monday nights and I sleep in on Tuesdays), I might not get the full 9 hours every night but this one night/day per week does my body some good, and every little bit helps!!

For those of you who are thinking that the 2-6 hours that you are getting per night are just fine, think again. you might not fell like this    every morning from not enough sleep or think that coffee is enough or that energy drink but seriously these 3 pictures I’m going to posts down below should bring some type of awareness to how important sleep is….Oh and they’re an feature to what I’ll be writing about on my Tuesday Snooday Posts!!!!
