The space used for this workout is pretty small so, you can pretty much do this workout anywhere as longas you have a couple of dumbbells!!

This workout will not only help your glutes, but your thighs, calves, abdominals, lower back and even shoulders! A nice full body, total toning/sculpting. Along with the exercise I decided to add a few pictures of myself in my little “home gym” (you know how men have their ‘men caves’ well MAMA has her ‘home gym’ LOL)!!

 So here are some snap shots of the exercises and you can do this anywhere from 1-3 times depending on your fitness level, timing, etc.!
